Jump Time is an online booking and payment platform tailored specifically for the equine industry and covers numerous activities from competitions, clinics to arena hire. Whether you’re an event organiser or a rider Jump Time can save you time, money and effort through its comprehensive and easy to use services.

For riders there is a small booking fee on each basket to cover the credit card transactions, we use the Irish company Strip to process payments. Stripe has been specially chosen due to its security and ease of use. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of security certification. A €2 service charge will be placed on your basket at checkout, this is a flat fee regardless of the number of events you have entered.

For Event organisers there is no charge for using Jump Time to host your events.

If your local venue isn’t listed on Jump Time let us know and our team will give them a call or visit them and show them the system and even help upload their events straight onto the site.

Yes, Jump Time is fully compatible and responsive on desktop, mobile and tablet.

No, we are GDRP compliant and will not share any of your personal data with any third parties.

Yes! You’re able to register as many horses as you like on Jump Time. Just go into the My Profile tab and click on My Horses. From here you can amend horses you have previously registered and add new ones.

Yes! You can enter several riders, again under My Profile and under the My Riders tab. Whether you have a team of riders in your yard or a family of young pony riders, registering each rider will allow you to swiftly enter events by selecting their name form a drop down menu each time you place an entry (No more typing!)

Yes of course, simply go into the My Profile tab and click on My Details

Yes you can! You must use two different usernames.  Emails can be duplicated and usernames are required to be unique.

All you need is name, address and email address and you’re ready to start entering events!

You can but in as little or as much information as you like, the mandatory fields are: Name, Colour, Gender and Owners name.

Registering takes just a couple of minutes and then you can begin entering events straight away.

Simply use the search bar and enter county or event name. Alternatively, have a browse through the “categories” to see what’s happening under - Horse/Pony Show Jumping, Eventing, Riding Club, Hunter Trials, Lessons or Arena Hire.

Unfortunately, not. You must contact the organiser directly and it’s at their discretion whether they refund your booking.

Don’t panic! let us know and we will cancel it for you and refund your payment. This can only be done prior to the event date and not after it.

No worries, we will do it all for you, contact the Jump Time team on support@jumptime.ie and leave the admin to us while you focus on the riding!

Jump Time is partnered with the secure payment platform - Strip which takes all major credit cards.

If for any reason an organiser needs to offer a refund you will receive the entire amount back (as agreed by the organiser) excluding the Jump Time booking fee. Refunds are at the discretion of the organiser and are handled via our chosen payment provider Stripe. Your refund should appear within your account or card 5-10 days after the refund has been issued.

Any refunds and cancellations are subject to the organisers’ terms and conditions, which riders must check and accept when entering an event via Jump Time. Any refunds must be directly arranged with the organiser.


No you can enter as many classes in an event and as many events across numerous dates and check out with one basket if so wish to do so.

If you sign up and register horses and riders on Jump Time the system will save as many horses and riders as you need so you can easily enter without inputting all their information in time and time again. You can opt for the system to save your card details at point of payment however this is optional. Your browser can save your card details for future transactions but Jump Time does not. If you choose to use the ‘guest checkout option’ this will not be the case.

Firstly make sure all the details you’ve entered are correct. Is the expiry date correct, or has the card expired? Does the billing address you’ve entered match the details held by your card provider? Do you have sufficient funds on your card to complete the transaction? If you’ve checked all of these things and it still isn’t working then you should contact your card provider and/or bank.

Yes, if you list them as riders under your account and enter them within your account you can pay on their behalf. Perfect for organising team entries or families. We also have printable invoices so if you’re paying on behalf of someone else you can show them the receipt of purchase.

If the organiser sets up using ‘time slots’ you will purchase your exact time to compete at. If the event is set up using ‘drawn order’ the organiser schedules the times and they will communicate with entrants start times.
